Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BrinGET.ai, a service operated by Extradock LLC (an Ohio limited liability company), doing business as BrinGET.ai ("BrinGET.ai", "we", "us", the "app"). By creating an account or using BrinGET.ai, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you reside in the EU/EEA where local law sets a higher digital-consent age).
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You must provide an accurate email address when creating your account, and keep your account information up to date.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BrinGET.ai to:

Send spam, marketing, or unsolicited promotional content.
Send content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
Add a contact to your address book or invite a recipient without a reasonable basis to believe they consent to receive a single transactional message about a list assignment.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Submit personal data of third parties (e.g. in contacts or list items) without a lawful basis to do so.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

Lists, items, contacts, todos, AI prompts, and other content you create remain yours. You grant BrinGET.ai a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for the content you create and the contacts you add.

4. AI assistant

BrinGET.ai includes an AI list-generation assistant powered by third-party large language models from our AI providers (currently Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT); the active provider may change, and we may fail over between them). The current list of AI sub-processors is in the Privacy Policy §4. When you interact with the assistant:

Your prompt and any personalization context you've configured (Settings → Personalize the AI) are sent to the model provider so it can generate a response.
The model's output is a probabilistic suggestion. It can be wrong, inconsistent, or omit relevant items. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated lists before relying on them.
The assistant does not provide medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice. Don't use it as such.
If you have turned on the data-collection toggle in Settings → Data & privacy (default on), we keep a record of your prompts and the model's responses to improve the product and build aggregated insight reports. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Data collection and improvement

By using BrinGET.ai with the data-collection toggle on, you agree that we may use anonymized usage events and your AI prompts/responses to:

Operate, debug, and improve the service.
Build aggregated, anonymized insight reports (e.g. "the most-requested party items by region in Q2 2026") that may be shared with or sold to third parties. Aggregation is designed so individual users cannot be re-identified.
Train internal classifiers, retrieval indexes, or fine-tuned models that improve BrinGET.ai. We do not provide raw prompt content to third-party model providers for their own training.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by toggling Settings → Data & privacy off. We do not sell or share raw personal data, raw prompt text, or row-level event data with third parties.

6. SMS messaging program

Program name: BrinGET.ai assignment notifications.
Description: When a list owner assigns an item on a list to a contact who has a phone number on file but no email address, BrinGET.ai sends a single transactional SMS to that contact containing the sender's name, the assigned item description, and a confirmation link. Existing list members may also receive an SMS when an item assigned to them is flagged as urgent. We do not send marketing.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on list activity. Most recipients receive one or two messages per assignment.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help: Reply HELP to any BrinGET.ai message for support information, or email support@bringet.ai.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any BrinGET.ai message at any time to opt out of all future SMS from BrinGET.ai on that phone number. STOP is honored automatically.

7. Affiliate links and commissions

BrinGET.ai participates in affiliate / referral programs. Some shopping links we show — including links generated by the "Buy this item" feature and retailer links that appear in your list items — are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer, at no extra cost to you. Whether a link is affiliate-tagged does not change the price you pay, and we do not receive your payment or order details.

As an Amazon Associate, BrinGET.ai earns from qualifying purchases. We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and similar affiliate programs operated by other retailers and affiliate networks (for example the eBay Partner Network, Walmart, and Target).

Retailer prices, availability, and product details are controlled by the retailer and may change; we don't guarantee them. Your purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer, governed by that retailer's terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy (§4–§5) for what data is shared with affiliate networks and how to opt out of affiliate-click logging.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uptime and may suspend or modify features at any time. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen incidents may cause interruptions.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (including non-excludable consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrinGET.ai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that is non-excludable under your local consumer protection rules).

11. Termination

You may stop using BrinGET.ai at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will update the "Effective date" above and notify signed-in users in the app or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of BrinGET.ai after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms; if you do not accept, you may delete your account before the effective date.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are entered into with Extradock LLC (an Ohio limited liability company), doing business as BrinGET.ai and are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Consumer carve-out. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction whose local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence and to rely on mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in this section deprives you of those rights. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
